Dr Champica is a female GP with a special interest in Skin Cancer Surgery, Dermatology, Childrens Health and General Medicine.
Dr Champica graduated from the University of Kelaniya – Sri Lanka and worked as a government doctor in Sri Lanka for 14 years, acquiring experience in various fields of medicine. In 2014 she joined the Campbelltown emergency department. She then began her GP career in 2016 serving in Coffs Harbour, Harden, Mittagong and Oran Park.
She has undertaken special training in skin cancer treatment and surgeries to become an Accredited Skin Cancer Doctor and also completed her Diploma in Child Health in 2018 to supplement her interests in Paediatrics.
She obtained her Fellowship in General Practice in 2020 and is currently working towards a Fellowship in skin cancer.
Dr Campbell has grown up and worked in the Macarthur & Wollondilly Shires as a community pharmacist from 1985 to 1997 and then as a General Practitioner from 1997. He has been servicing 2 local nursing homes in the Wollondilly area for over 15 years and been involved as team doctor for sporting teams over the years. He has an interest in alternative therapies, such as acupuncture and herbal medicine which he uses to treat a variety of conditions if appropriate. He has recently completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine) and has an interest in sports related injuries and nutrition.
Dr Jozwik is a graduate of RACGP with extensive experience in emergency medicine and a special interest in Skin Cancer, Chronic Disease Management and lifestyle improvements. She graduated from Medical school in 1983 in Poland. Dr Jozwik has many years of experience in all fields of General Practice.
She is fluent in Polish and English and can speak basic Russian and Italian.
Dr Thomas is one of our new GP registrars who is looking to complete his fellowship training in the Oaks region. Prior to joining our team, he worked in various Emergency departments across the state including Bankstown, Campbelltown, and Blacktown Hospital. He also worked in the Southern Highlands region in his first year as a GP registrar. He has special interests in:
– Paediatric and Adolescent medicine
– Geriatrics
– Skin checks, Surgery and Treatment
– Mental Health
– Sports Medicine
– Men’s and Women’s Health
In his spare time, Thomas loves playing and watching sport with a particular passion for Oz-tag, basketball, and volleyball.
Dr Nandita obtained her medical degree at the Rajshahi University in Bangladesh in 2012. She previously worked in Shoalhaven and Blacktown Mt Druitt Hospital gaining extensive experience in medical and surgical specialties. She is currently training towards a fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr Nandita maintains a keen interest in Paediatrics, Womens Health and Procedural Skills. She completed a Diploma in Child Health in 2022 at Westmead Childrens Hospital.
Our Practice Nurse Joanne has many years’ experience in general practice and assists our GP’s in providing clinical care. She is a Registered Nurse, has a Bachelor of Nursing and a Graduate Certificate of Diabetes Education. She also provides Women’s Health Screening which includes pap smears.
